How do I return my order for a refund?
If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for a refund.*
NOTE: For new season handbags, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns purchased between 1 November & 26 December 2016 will be accepted up until 9 January

For international returns, we recommend using a courier or postal service that allows you to track your package.

Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.

When we receive your return we’ll let you know and complete your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be made to the same payment card used to place the original order.

Please be aware that return postage is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.

Import duties/customs fees cannot be refunded as these charges originate from the government and are outside our jurisdiction.

How do I exchange my order for something else?
If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for an exchange.

When we receive your return we’ll let you know and send you a promotional code for the value of the returned goods, which you can use on our website to purchase the replacements.

Please be aware that the replacement items must be of equal or greater value than the items returned.
