If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.

Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.

For international returns, we recommend using a courier or postal service that allows you to track your package.

In the case of damaged or faulty items, please send us an email with a photo of the damage to info@mywalit.com and our customer service team will get in touch.

In some cases we may ask you to return the product to us for analysis. If this happens, we promise to refund anything you spend in shipping costs as soon as the package arrives.
