Delivery and returns

Mywalit shall deliver the items ordered to the customer within 30 days from the date of the purchase with express courier.

Orders may be delayed in shipping and deliveries if the offices are closed for inventory and festivities. The following are considered festivities: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.

The customer can return the items received within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods with prior notification by fax, telex, registered letter or email at info@mywalit.com.

Items sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the consumer, who may choose the courier for the shipment. It is advisable to use a courier or a postal service that allows tracking or that entails a return receipt.

As soon as the items arrive, mywalit will arrange a refund or an exchange.

Refunds require up to 14 working days to be completed.

For an exchange, the replacement must be of equal or greater value than the item ordered.

Returns shipment procedures, in particular those coming from non EU-customers, that do not follow this instructions may not be accepted.
