Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery of an online order can take up to 30 days due to international shipping regulations and/or office holiday closures.

Online orders are shipped from Lucca, Italy. Mywalit delivers both within Italy and internationally via express courier, unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are prepaid and appear on the order invoice.
Please note: Any additional customs duties levied by the consumer’s importing country is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

For exchanges and returns, we ask that the consumer contact our customer service team to initiate the process within 14 days of receiving their order. For an exchange, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the returning item.

Exchanges and returns that do not follow these instructions may not be accepted, particularly those arriving from outside the EU.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. We recommend using a courier or postal service that allows tracking or utilizes a return receipt.

Once the returned item is received at the nearest mywalit office, we will arrange your refund or exchange. Refunds may require up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note: mywalit cannot refund import duties as these charges originate from the consumer’s government and are outside our reach and jurisdiction.
